stamp_date_time(+TimeStamp, -DateTime, +TimeZone)
Convert a TimeStamp to a DateTime in the given timezone. See section 4.35.2.1 for details on the data types. TimeZone describes the timezone for the conversion. It is one of local to extract the local time, ’UTC' to extract a UTC time or an integer describing the seconds west of Greenwich.
